SVOX Pico
SVOX Pico has the smallest footprint in the range of SVOX TTS solutions. Based on Hidden Markov Model (HMM), this embedded TTS solution offers a new level of speech quality for resource constrained devices. As other SVOX products, SVOX Pico has modular architecture, allowing for rapid porting and integration as well as straightforward voice and language updates. Overall, this solution is optimized for size and cost efficiency.
SVOX Pico only requires approximately 500 KB of ROM (Flash or Hard Disk) per included language, while the RAM requirement is only about 200 KB. Typical processor is ARM9 and supported operating systems include Symbian, Windows Mobile, Windows CE as well as proprietary operating systems.
